Who is professional supervision for?
I am welcoming of supervisees in helping roles from government agencies, non-government organisations and private practice. I have supported staff from a range of disciplines, including social work, youth work, psychology, occupational therapy and community development in direct and non-direct roles.
I enjoy working with supervisees at various developmental stages from emerging practitioners to those with many years of experience. I adjust my approach accordingly.

I am welcoming of practitioners from diverse cultural backgrounds, who identify as LGBTIQA+ and/or neurodiverse. I have also worked extensively with lived experience practitioners.

As part of my continued practice development, self-reflection and AASW mental health accreditation process, I continue to access my own professional supervision.
